This is Hikaru an autistic child taking a ride on a little train with her mother watching over. Hikaru loves trains.
They're from "With the Light: Raising the Autistic Child" manga. I want to read that series and it is unfortunate that the author just died of an illness, leaving the series unfinished.
The drawing's bit rushed because I wanted to finish it by April 2nd, which is World Autism Awareness Day. That was to raise the awareness of the autistic people who struggle to go with their lives and not having good time because of other people who couldn't understand what it's like to be autistic.

Similar to Hikaru I Too have Autism but I Enlisted in the Air Cadet program at the Age of 13 in 2005 but discharged later in 2010 making me one of the lucky Autistic individuals to serve in the Canadian Forces
