Based on a suggestion about how Sailor Moon tend to not do something until someone told her to do so. :aww:
Because of my developing drawing style, Minako and Rei look somewhat different (and older too). Please excuse me for that since I just wanted to see how I would draw them in my own style. It has been a while since the last time I have drawn a Sailor MOon fanart isn't it ^^;
