Kalua Mermaid Anatomy Ref

As requested by several people, this is an anatomy for Kalua the child mermaid. For more information on how I arrived on the design of the mermaid anatomy, please refer to [link]


Since Kalua's a child, (looks 7-8 years old) so her mermaid body is less developed as that of Gold meaning that the children mermaids don't swim as efficiently as adults do because of shorter leg frills and fins.
It would be lot safer for mermaid children to stay on land because of large predators. I have seen how the predators like Orcas hunt the seal juveniles and that's why the animal babies stay on the lands until they have grown up enough to take on the risks of entering the oceans.
