Here's Rukia from Bleach showing off what her bankai (highest level of power achieved by a shingami) might look like.
Anyone figure out what is really going on with this fanart?

The background drawn with color markers in Rukia's own drawing style, and the rest was inked and computer-colored.

The fanart is of Rukia (in black outfit) drawing out what what sort of powers she dreams to have. She is not good with drawing and that's how the orange-haired boy was commenting about how her drawing skills still suck. Go read or watch Bleach!
